Membership Terms & Conditions

 

1. Who We Are

The Crypto Haqer Community ("the Community") is run by The Total Store Ltd, trading as Reset Your Wealth ("we", "us", "our"), registered in England and Wales, Second Floor, Grove House, 55 Lowlands Rd, Harrow, HA1 3AW. By joining the Community, you ("the Member") agree to these terms.

2. What's Included

Your membership gives you access to:

• Weekly live webinars and Q&A sessions covering market activity and how it may relate to the SAM Strategy® and REM Strategy®.

• Recordings of every session, posted to the community platform so you can catch up if you miss one live.

• Ongoing research and commentary on market and economic developments.

• First priority access to any retreats or in-person events we run, ahead of general release.

We may add to, adjust, or improve what's included from time to time. We'll let members know of any material change in advance.

3. Membership Fee & Billing

Membership costs £49 per month. Payment is taken automatically each month on your billing date, using the payment method you provide at sign-up. Membership continues automatically until you cancel — there is no fixed term.

4. Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing hemina@resetyourwealth.com. There's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

Cancelling stops future billing. It does not refund any payment already taken for the current billing month.

5. What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel, you keep access to the Community until the end of the billing month you've already paid for. After that, your access ends automatically — we don't pro-rate or extend access beyond the period already paid.

 

6. Refunds

Because membership is billed monthly with no minimum term, payments already taken are non-refundable, including if you cancel partway through a billing month or don't attend sessions that month. If you're charged in error, contact us and we'll put it right.

7. Changes To The Price

If we ever need to change the membership price, we'll give existing members at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies. You're free to cancel before the change takes effect if you don't wish to continue at the new price.

8. Educational Purpose Only

The Community, including all webinars, recordings, and commentary, is provided for educational purposes only. Nothing shared in the Community is financial advice or a personal recommendation. Cryptoassets are unregulated in the UK and their value can go down as well as up. Past performance, including results shared by other members, is not a reliable indicator of future returns.

9. Community Conduct

The Community is a shared space. We ask members to be respectful of Hemina and of each other. We may remove any member whose conduct is abusive, disruptive, or otherwise breaches these terms, without a refund for the remaining part of that billing month.

10. Recordings & Content

Session recordings and materials shared in the Community are for your personal use as a member only. Please don't download, copy, or share them outside the Community without our permission.

11. Our Right To End Or Change The Community

We may end the Community, or a member's access to it, at any time, for example if we retire the programme or a member breaches these terms. Where we end the Community entirely (rather than an individual membership), we'll give reasonable notice and won't take further payment beyond the notice period.
