CRYPTO HAQER ACADEMY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Crypto Haqer Academy (the “Programme”) is provided by The Total Store Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15156066, whose registered office is at 2nd Floor, Grove House, 55 Lowlands Road, Harrow, HA1 3AW, trading as Reset Your Wealth® (“Reset Your Wealth”, the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or accessing the Programme.
By purchasing the Programme and accepting these Terms at checkout, you agree to be legally bound by them.

1. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
By purchasing, accessing or participating in Crypto Haqer Academy, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;

• you have read and understood these Terms;

• you agree to be bound by these Terms;

• you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract; and

• the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or access the Programme.

2. THE PROGRAMME
Crypto Haqer Academy is an educational programme designed to help participants understand cryptoassets, investment principles, market analysis and structured approaches to investing.
The Programme currently includes:

• a Live 2-Day Training delivered online;

• two weekly live group Q&A sessions following the Live 2-Day Training, each normally lasting approximately one hour;

• training in the SAM Strategy®;

• the SAM Calculator®;

• training in the REM Strategy®;

• the REM Calculator;

• the Retirement Calculator;

• the Compound Calculator;

• TradingView training;

• short educational and reference videos;

• access to the private Crypto Haqer Academy community

• access to the designated Crypto Haqer Academy WhatsApp group; and

• such supporting educational materials and resources as we may make available from time to time.

The Programme and its contents may be updated or improved periodically.
Minor changes to Programme content, delivery order, presentation, technology or resources may be made where reasonably necessary, provided they do not materially reduce the overall Programme purchased by the participant.

3. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY
Crypto Haqer Academy is an educational programme.
Nothing contained within the Programme, Live 2-Day Training, group Q&A calls, Skool, WhatsApp, calculators, videos, presentations, written material, examples, demonstrations or communications from Reset Your Wealth constitutes personal financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice.
We do not assess whether a particular cryptoasset, transaction or investment strategy is suitable for your individual financial circumstances.
Any examples of cryptoassets, prices, portfolios, strategies or transactions are provided for educational and illustrative purposes.
You are responsible for your own investment decisions and should carry out your own research and, where appropriate, obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional.

4. INVESTMENT RISK
Cryptoassets and other investments involve risk.
The value of cryptoassets can rise or fall substantially and you may lose some or all of the money you invest.
No strategy can remove investment risk and no investment outcome is certain.
You acknowledge and accept that:

• cryptoasset markets can be highly volatile;

• historic performance does not guarantee future performance;

• examples or previous results do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results;

• no particular cryptoasset is guaranteed to increase in value;

• market conditions may change rapidly;

• you remain solely responsible for deciding whether, when and how much to invest; and

• you should never invest money you cannot afford to lose.

Except for the specific SAM Support Guarantee described in Section 13, we make no guarantee or promise regarding investment performance or financial results.
The SAM Support Guarantee guarantees qualifying continued support only and does not guarantee that an investment will double in value or achieve any particular return.

5. FEES AND PAYMENT
The fee payable for Crypto Haqer Academy is the amount clearly displayed and accepted by you at the point of purchase.
The applicable fee may differ between offers, cohorts, webinars, promotions or enrolment periods.
The fee applicable to your purchase will be confirmed in your transaction record or receipt.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at the point of purchase, payment is due in full.
Payment for Crypto Haqer Academy is accepted by The Total Store Ltd trading as Reset Your Wealth®.
A contract is formed when your payment has been successfully completed and the required checkout acknowledgements have been accepted.
We may change the price of the Programme for future customers without affecting a purchase that has already been completed.

6. ACCESS TO THE PROGRAMME
Once payment has been successfully completed and these Terms and the required checkout acknowledgements have been accepted, you will be provided with access to the Programme.
Access to any community and digital Programme resources will normally be provided shortly after purchase.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring that you can receive communications from Reset Your Wealth.
You must notify us promptly at hemina@resetyourwealth.com if you experience an access problem.

7. LIFETIME ACCESS
Where the Programme is sold with lifetime access, this means access to the applicable Crypto Haqer Academy digital materials for as long as those materials and the Programme are maintained and made available by The Total Store Ltd.
“Lifetime access” does not mean the lifetime of the participant and does not create an obligation for the Company to operate Crypto Haqer Academy, WhatsApp or any particular third-party platform indefinitely.
If we move the Programme from one platform to another, we may provide access through a replacement platform.
We may also update, replace or retire outdated digital resources where reasonably necessary.
Lifetime access does not include an unlimited entitlement to:

• future live programmes;

• additional private coaching;

• new products or courses subsequently created;

• unlimited one-to-one calls; or

• services not expressly included in the Programme purchased.
   

8. LIVE 2-DAY TRAINING
The core Crypto Haqer Academy training is delivered as a scheduled Live 2-Day Training via Zoom or another online meeting platform.
The two training days may take place on any scheduled combination of days communicated to participants before the Programme begins, including Friday/Saturday, Saturday/Sunday or another scheduled two-day period.
Participants are responsible for:

• ensuring they have a suitable internet connection;

• installing or accessing the required technology;

• joining at the scheduled time; and

• attending both days of training.

The Live 2-Day Training is not recorded or provided as a replay unless Reset Your Wealth expressly states otherwise for a particular Programme.
If a participant attends Day 1 but is genuinely unable to attend Day 2, the participant may request to attend Day 2 of the next available Crypto Haqer Academy Live 2-Day Training.
This alternative attendance is subject to the Programme continuing to run and space being available on the relevant cohort.
This provision does not create an entitlement to a refund.
If we have to reschedule a training day for reasons within our control, we will provide reasonable notice and arrange an alternative date.

9. TWO-WEEK Q&A SUPPORT
Following the Live 2-Day Training, participants receive access to two scheduled group Q&A sessions, normally one per week for two weeks and approximately one hour per session.
The sessions are intended to clarify educational material taught within the Programme and support participants in understanding the strategies, calculators and frameworks.
The Q&A sessions are educational and do not constitute personalised regulated financial advice.
Attendance at both days of the Live 2-Day Training and two Q&A sessions is a requirement for eligibility for the SAM Support Guarantee.

10. COMMUNITY AND WHATSAPP ACCESS
Participants receive access to the private community and designated WhatsApp group subject to these Terms.
The community exists for:

• educational discussion;

• Programme-related questions;

• participant support;

• sharing relevant experiences; and

• communication relating to Crypto Haqer Academy.

Participants must treat other members respectfully.
The following are prohibited:

• harassment, threats or abusive behaviour;

• discriminatory or offensive conduct;

• unsolicited advertising or spam;

• attempting to sell products or services to other participants without our written permission;

• recruiting participants into other businesses, coaching programmes or investment schemes;

• requesting or encouraging participants to send money or cryptoassets;

• sharing another participant’s confidential or personal information;

• sharing content from the Programme outside the community;

• impersonating another person; or

• behaviour that we reasonably believe creates a risk to members or the Programme.

Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension or removal from the community.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADE MARKS
All intellectual property rights in Crypto Haqer Academy and its materials are owned by or licensed to The Total Store Ltd unless otherwise stated.
This includes, without limitation:

• Reset Your Wealth®;

• the SAM Strategy®;

• the SAM Calculator®;

• the REM Strategy®;

• the REM Calculator;

• the Retirement Calculator;

• the Compound Calculator;

• TradingView training materials;

• course videos;

• presentations and slides;

• worksheets;

• spreadsheets;

• written materials;

• frameworks;

• diagrams;

• templates;

• Programme branding;

• training methodologies; and

• other educational resources supplied through the Programme.
   

Reset Your Wealth®, SAM Strategy®, SAM Calculator® and REM Strategy® are registered trade marks owned by The Total Store Ltd.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Programme materials solely for your own personal educational purposes.

You must not, without our prior written permission:

• copy or reproduce Programme materials;

• share your login or access with another person;

• distribute Programme materials;

• upload them publicly;

• resell them;

• license them;

• publish them;

• teach or deliver our proprietary strategies or materials as your own;

• use them within another coaching, education or training programme;

• commercially exploit them;

• modify them for resale;

• create derivative training products substantially based upon them; or

• permit another person to use your Programme access.
   

Access may be terminated where there is a serious breach of this section.
Termination for intellectual-property misuse does not create an entitlement to a refund except where required by law.

12. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES
You remain responsible for your own decisions and results.
You agree to:

• participate honestly and responsibly;

• conduct your own research before making investment decisions;

• maintain appropriate security over exchange accounts, wallets, passwords and private keys;

• comply with the laws and tax requirements applicable to you;

• seek professional advice where required;

• use reasonable judgement when investing; and

• promptly seek clarification where you do not understand the strategy or educational material.

We will never require you to transfer cryptoassets, wallet private keys or account passwords to us.

13. SAM SUPPORT GUARANTEE
13.1 Nature of the Guarantee
Crypto Haqer Academy includes a conditional SAM Support Guarantee for eligible participants implementing the SAM Strategy®.
This is a guarantee of continued educational support.
It is not a guarantee that you will double your money, make a profit or achieve any particular investment return within any particular period.
Subject to all eligibility requirements below being continuously satisfied, Reset Your Wealth will continue providing the support described in Section 13.4 while the participant applies the SAM Strategy until the participant’s qualifying SAM portfolio has achieved a value equivalent to 200% of the participant’s Qualifying Capital, representing a 100% investment return, if that level is achieved.

13.2 Qualifying Capital
To qualify for the SAM Support Guarantee, the participant must commit a minimum of £2,000 of their own capital to investments made and tracked in accordance with the SAM Strategy.
For the purposes of the Support Guarantee, “Qualifying Capital” means capital actually invested and tracked as part of the participant’s qualifying SAM portfolio in accordance with the SAM Strategy.
Deposits or transfers of additional capital do not themselves count as investment returns.

13.3 Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for and remain eligible for the SAM Support Guarantee, the participant must:

1. pay the Programme fee applicable to their purchase in full;

2. attend both days of the Live 2-Day Training;

3. attend the two scheduled live group Q&A sessions;

4. commit a minimum of £2,000 of their own capital to investments made under the SAM Strategy;

5. follow the SAM Strategy as taught within Crypto Haqer Academy without material deviation;

6. follow the entry, accumulation, allocation and exit principles forming part of the SAM Strategy;

7. not substitute materially different trading or investment methods within the portfolio being claimed under the Guarantee;

8. maintain reasonable records of investments, purchases, sales and withdrawals relating to the qualifying portfolio;

9. contact Reset Your Wealth through the designated WhatsApp support channel whenever clarification or assistance is reasonably required;

10. seek support rather than knowingly deviating from the SAM Strategy where clarification is required; and

11. provide reasonable evidence, if requested, sufficient for us to verify that the SAM Strategy and Guarantee conditions have been followed.

A participant who materially deviates from the SAM Strategy, withdraws from the qualifying strategy in a way that prevents the qualifying portfolio from being assessed, or fails to satisfy the eligibility conditions may cease to qualify for the Support Guarantee.

13.4 What Continued Support Includes
Where the participant remains eligible, continued support after completion of the initial Programme means reasonable ongoing access to Reset Your Wealth through the designated support channel for questions relating specifically to implementation and understanding of the SAM Strategy.
Continued support may be delivered through:

• WhatsApp;

• written or voice-message responses;

• educational clarification; or

• another reasonable support method selected by Reset Your Wealth.

The SAM Support Guarantee does not include:

• unlimited one-to-one coaching calls;

• portfolio management;

• discretionary investment management;

• personal regulated financial advice;

• execution of trades on the participant’s behalf;

• access to every future Reset Your Wealth course or programme; or

• an obligation for Reset Your Wealth to make investment decisions for the participant.
   

13.5 No Time or Performance Guarantee
No timeframe is promised or guaranteed for reaching a 100% investment return.
Market conditions are outside our control.
A participant may experience losses and may never achieve the target return.
The Company’s obligation under this section is limited to providing the qualifying continued support described above while the conditions of the SAM Support Guarantee continue to be met.

13.6 No Cash Payment Under the Guarantee
The SAM Support Guarantee does not:

• reimburse investment losses;

• require Reset Your Wealth to make up any shortfall;

• require Reset Your Wealth to pay the participant the difference between their actual result and a 100% return; or

• entitle the participant to a refund of the Programme fee solely because a particular investment return has not been achieved.
   

14. NO RELIANCE ON EXAMPLES OR TESTIMONIALS
From time to time, the Programme or Reset Your Wealth marketing may refer to:

• examples;

• hypothetical scenarios;

• previous market movements;

• case studies;

• participant experiences; or

• testimonials.

These are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar result.
Individual results will vary and depend upon matters including market conditions, the participant’s decisions, available capital, timing, implementation and risk.

15. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAMME OR TERMS
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of:

• changes in law or regulation;

• changes to third-party platforms;

• operational changes;

• clarification of existing provisions; or

• changes to the Programme.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired by a customer or alter the material commercial terms of an existing completed purchase without lawful justification.
Where an update materially affects existing participants, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.

16. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where you purchase as a consumer online, statutory consumer rights may apply in addition to these Terms.
Different rights may apply depending upon whether the relevant part of the Programme constitutes digital content or a service.

17. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
17.1 14-Day Cancellation Period
Where you purchase Crypto Haqer Academy as a consumer under a qualifying distance contract, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract.
Your rights are subject to the rules relating to immediate supply of digital content and commencement of services during the cancellation period.

17.2 Immediate Digital Content
Crypto Haqer Academy includes digital content, including:

• Training videos;

• calculators;

• digital training materials;

• educational resources; and

• other online Programme content.

At checkout, you will be asked expressly to request immediate access to this digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel in relation to that digital content will be lost once supply of that digital content begins.
No refund will be provided for digital content where the statutory cancellation right in relation to that content has been validly lost following your request for immediate access and acknowledgement of that consequence.
Nothing in this clause removes any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17.3 Services During the Cancellation Period
The Programme also contains services, including:

• Live 2-Day Training;

• group Q&A sessions;

• community support; and

• educational support.

Where you expressly request that those services begin during a statutory cancellation period and subsequently exercise a valid cancellation right before the services have been fully performed, we reserve the right, where permitted by law, to deduct or charge a proportionate amount for services already supplied.
Where a service has been fully performed and the applicable statutory requirements for loss of the cancellation right have been satisfied, the right to cancel that service may end.

17.4 Cancellation After the Statutory Period
Once any applicable statutory cancellation period has expired, Programme fees are non-refundable except:

• where required by law;

• where we expressly agree otherwise in writing; or

• where these Terms expressly provide otherwise.

Changing your mind, failing to attend, choosing not to implement the Programme or deciding not to invest does not create a contractual right to a refund after the applicable cancellation period.

17.5 How to Cancel
Where you have a legal right to cancel, you may notify us by emailing:

• your full name;

• the email address used to purchase;

• your purchase date; and

• a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

We will process valid cancellation requests and any refund due in accordance with applicable law.

17.6 Business Customers
Where the Programme is purchased wholly or mainly for purposes relating to a person’s trade, business, craft or profession rather than as a consumer, statutory consumer cancellation rights may not apply.

18. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe a payment has been taken incorrectly or you have a complaint regarding the Programme, please contact us first at:

Nothing in these Terms removes any lawful right to dispute a payment.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, we may provide the payment provider with relevant evidence, including where applicable:

• evidence of purchase;

• acceptance of these Terms;

• checkout acknowledgements;

• confirmation emails;

• Programme access records;

• attendance records;

• communications;

• support records; and

• evidence of services supplied.

We reserve the right to suspend Programme access while a payment is lawfully outstanding or reversed, subject to applicable law.

19. CONFIDENTIALITY
Information shared by other participants within the Programme, Skool community, WhatsApp group or live sessions should be treated respectfully and confidentially where a reasonable person would understand it to be private.
Participants must not:

• publish another participant’s personal information;

• screenshot private discussions for public distribution;

• publish another participant’s portfolio or financial information without permission; or

• disclose confidential Programme discussions outside the community without appropriate consent.

We cannot guarantee that another participant will comply with their obligations and participants should therefore exercise appropriate judgement when sharing personal or financial information.

20. NON-SOLICITATION
You must not use access to Crypto Haqer Academy to solicit, recruit or attempt to recruit other participants for:

• competing coaching services;

• investment schemes;

• network marketing opportunities;

• paid advisory services;

• commercial products; or

• unrelated business opportunities

without our prior written permission.
This provision does not prevent genuine personal friendships or ordinary non-commercial interaction between participants.

21. TESTIMONIALS, IMAGES AND MARKETING
Participation in Crypto Haqer Academy does not automatically give Reset Your Wealth permission to use your image, likeness or testimonial for public marketing purposes.
If we wish to use an identifiable photograph, video, testimonial, comment or other participant material in marketing, we may request separate permission.
Where permission is requested, the scope of the proposed use will be explained.
A participant is not required to provide a testimonial or marketing permission as a condition of purchasing Crypto Haqer Academy.

22. LIVE SESSION RECORDING
The Crypto Haqer Academy Live 2-Day Training is not ordinarily recorded and no participant replay is provided.
Participants must not record, screen-record, livestream, reproduce or distribute any Live 2-Day Training session or Q&A session without the prior written permission of The Total Store Ltd.

23. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate a participant’s access where there is a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, including:

• unlawful behaviour;

• harassment or abuse;

• intellectual-property infringement;

• sharing Programme access;

• unauthorised commercial use of Programme material;

• soliciting other members;

• fraudulent activity;

• deliberate disruption of the Programme; or

• failure to make a payment lawfully due.

Where appropriate, we may give a participant an opportunity to remedy a breach before termination.
Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal.
Termination resulting from a participant’s serious breach does not create an entitlement to a refund except where required by law.

24. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to applicable law, The Total Store Ltd is not responsible for investment losses arising from investment decisions made by participants.
You acknowledge that investment decisions remain your responsibility and that the Programme provides education rather than portfolio management or personalised financial advice.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by:

• movements in cryptoasset markets;

• decisions made independently by the participant;

• third-party exchanges;

• wallet providers;

• trading platforms;

• internet outages;

• blockchain failures;

• cybersecurity incidents outside our reasonable control;

• changes to laws or regulations; or

• a participant’s failure to secure their own accounts, devices, passwords or private keys.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

25. INDEMNITY FOR BUSINESS MISUSE
Where legally enforceable, a participant who uses Programme materials unlawfully or for unauthorised commercial purposes may be responsible for losses reasonably incurred by the Company as a direct result of that breach.
Nothing in this section applies in a manner that would unlawfully restrict the rights of a consumer.

26. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
The Programme currently uses third-party services which may include:

• Skool;

• WhatsApp;

• Zoom;

• TradingView; and

• payment-processing providers.

These services are operated independently and may experience outages, technical changes or changes to their own terms.
We are not responsible for the independent operation of third-party platforms, but where reasonably possible we will seek to provide an alternative if a platform change materially affects delivery of the Programme.
Participants must comply with any applicable third-party platform terms.

27. FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include:

• serious illness;

• natural disasters;

• major internet or technology failures;

• widespread platform outages;

• industrial disputes;

• acts of government;

• changes in law;

• civil emergencies; or

• other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.

Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected live services or provide an appropriate alternative.

Please provide sufficient information for us to understand the issue.
We will aim to deal with complaints reasonably, fairly and promptly.

29. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms or the Programme, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute directly first.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising statutory rights or accessing any court, dispute-resolution procedure or remedy available to them by law.

30. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident outside England and Wales, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections applicable in the country or territory in which you live where those protections cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights applying to them.

31. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Our Privacy Policy should be made available to participants at or before checkout.
The Privacy Policy is separate from these Terms.

32. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the information that applicable law requires us to provide before the contract is made, the fee and offer accepted at checkout and any expressly incorporated policies, form the agreement relating to the participant’s purchase of Crypto Haqer Academy.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

33. NO WAIVER
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean that we have permanently waived our right to enforce it.

34. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE AND RECORDS
You agree that actively selecting the required checkout acknowledgements, clicking the payment or purchase button and completing the transaction constitutes your electronic acceptance of these Terms.
No separate handwritten or electronic signature is required.
We may retain a record of:

• the version of the Terms accepted;

• the date and time of acceptance;

• the checkout acknowledgements selected;

• payment information; and

• other relevant transaction information

as evidence of the agreement.

You should retain the confirmation email and copy of or link to these Terms supplied to you following purchase for your own records.
